Life & Career Coaching Practice

How it works and Costs:

You will have either Tom or Louise as your personal coach to give you objective feedback and support.   This can be for a minimum of one month, one year, or for a number of years!

You will talk once a week, by phone, for up to 45 minutes, at a pre-booked time that should be the same time each week.  These sessions are supported by E-mail.

If you feel at any time that you need more than 4 calls a month, you may book calls at an

additional cost. 

Some of our clients, in London and the Home Counties, prefer personal meetings.  Personal sessions are also supported by telephone calls and E-mails.

Telephone Coaching costs a minimum of £200 - this gives you 4 sessions of up to 45 minute each session, per month, supported with E-mails. If you feel you need more than 4 sessions per month, each session after that costs an additional £50.

1-2-1 Personal Coaching meetings are based on 3 x 50 minute sessions per month at approximately £300.  (Coaching costs are dependant on travel time).

Alternatively you may prefer a combination of the two!
